Amanda Bynes has quite the on-again-off-again relationship with social media, specifically her Twitter account.
The 29-year-old made her triumphant return on Tuesday, sharing a snap with designer Michael Costello at the SOAR Los Angeles Gala.
The former child star looks incredible with her long, blonde hair and light makeup. She looked very healthy at what marks her first public event in quite some time. We briefly spotted her eating at LA’s Craig’s in June, also appearing healthy and in good spirits.
